16 kwi 2023 · We are not having an issue with any other app that we can access on the X1 boxes, just the Apple TV+ app. So yes, it’s isolated to the Apple TV+ app only. When rebooting the device, refreshing the signal, unplugging and plugging back in, etc. that does nothing to fix it.
23 sty 2022 · this is a problem that many people are/have been having and Comcast acts like it is the 1st instance of the problem reported. I have been through all the standard reset/reboots, the problem is still the same. No pic only sound, using chrome or safari (firefox works) macbook pro m1.
