15 sie 2022 · Trying to connect to a new network on a new Xfinity router with my wireless HP Officejet 8600 All-in-One Printer. Had no problem with my ATT network but the new Xfinity router will not accept the new printer.
15 wrz 2023 · I have a NEW HP Deskjet Printer that I cannot connect to my Xfinity home network. The HP setup software states the printer will not connect to my network after many attempts. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps in the HP manual and online help forums with no success.
23 sty 2024 · I see that you are facing an issue with connecting your Printer to the network. Please follow the steps below to connect your printer to the network again. 1) Uninstall the HP smart app by click on this link, Restart the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions.
To resolve this issue: Ensure your Xfinity wireless gateway is working properly, which may include restarting your gateway. For instructions, visit Restart Your Wireless Gateway, Modem or Router. Exit and reopen the Xfinity My Account app.

25 lut 2021 · Printer won't connect to network after switching to Xfinity Modem. I switched my personal modem/router combo out for an Xfinity gateway and now I can not get my Epson Workforce 845 printer to connect to network. It was working perfectly yesterday with my old modem (which was not an xFinity rental).
26 mar 2017 · I've deleted the printer; re-installed it; everything. No matter what, I get one print job. After that, it's "looking for printer" or 'printer offline'. I've read that I'd need Comcast to 'kill' its router and maybe I should re-connect the Apple Airport Extreme. Any help is appreciated.
