15 wrz 2023 · I have a NEW HP Deskjet Printer that I cannot connect to my Xfinity home network. The HP setup software states the printer will not connect to my network after many attempts. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps in the HP manual and online help forums with no success.

6 kwi 2020 · Ever since I installed a new Xfinity router my HP Envy printer goes offline and will not shut down manually. I have to unplug and plug in the printer to shut down and to print. It connects to the network with no problem after doing this.
30 lip 2020 · However, when trying to establish communication from a laptop to print over the WiFi network, it seems like the gateway blocks any traffic. This only happened since getting the new XB7. Also the IP address assigned by the Gateway is not a 10.0.0.XX but a 169.xxx.xxx.xxx series.
