15 sie 2022 · Trying to connect to a new network on a new Xfinity router with my wireless HP Officejet 8600 All-in-One Printer. Had no problem with my ATT network but the new Xfinity router will not accept the new printer.

23 sty 2024 · I see that you are facing an issue with connecting your Printer to the network. Please follow the steps below to connect your printer to the network again. 1) Uninstall the HP smart app by click on this link, Restart the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions.
If your USB printer is not found by the HP Smart app, make sure Windows is up to date, check for USB connection issues, and then reinstall the app. An HP+ or eligible printer cannot enroll in HP Smart Advance or Instant Ink using a USB connection.
