15 wrz 2023 · I have a NEW HP Deskjet Printer that I cannot connect to my Xfinity home network. The HP setup software states the printer will not connect to my network after many attempts. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps in the HP manual and online help forums with no success.
29 lis 2021 · I understand you are trying to connect the printer to the network. On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings. Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network. Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
7 lip 2020 · HP Designjet 500 no longer working (since 2 months as of July 2020) on Windows 10. I have an HP Designjet 500 42" that I've been using for ages with my Windows 10 desktop PC but recently it's stopped working - the file goes to the queue but never gets to the printer.
7 paź 2020 · I have connected a usb from the printer to my computer, the computer installs the printer but states the driver is unavailable, i have tried downloading a driver from hp website, which goes into downloads and i can unzip the files ect.

26 mar 2017 · I've deleted the printer; re-installed it; everything. No matter what, I get one print job. After that, it's "looking for printer" or 'printer offline'. I've read that I'd need Comcast to 'kill' its router and maybe I should re-connect the Apple Airport Extreme. Any help is appreciated.
