15 wrz 2023 · I have a NEW HP Deskjet Printer that I cannot connect to my Xfinity home network. The HP setup software states the printer will not connect to my network after many attempts. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps in the HP manual and online help forums with no success.
30 lip 2020 · I have tied using the HP APP on PC - it says offline and cannot fix I downloaded the HP print doctor app and that did not work. I tried using my brand new laptop to 'connect new printer' and it is not discovering it on the network.
17 cze 2024 · It can't be done via gateway (10.0.0.1) itself, but via the XFinity App (although it is a bit hidden): Go to XFinity App, select 'connect' on bottom, select the network name, 'view/edit WiFi Settings', change security mode to WPA2.
23 sty 2024 · Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer. Can not connect to the new Xfinity router (xFi). Error message states that I need to turn off the filtering setting. Also, Xfiniity website states: At this time, xFi only supports port forwards to be set up for devices with an IPv4 address.
15 sie 2022 · Trying to connect to a new network on a new Xfinity router with my wireless HP Officejet 8600 All-in-One Printer. Had no problem with my ATT network but the new Xfinity router will not accept the new printer.

It's been over two months now and I've had three technicians over to fix it, and the last two said that it's basically unfixable. While my printer (an Epson Workforce 630) still picks up the WiFi signal without a problem, I cannot print.
