6 maj 2024 · If you received this notice in an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, you can always verify it's legitimacy by going to the email website https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite and looking for the official xfinity logo next to the email. If it's not there, then it's not from Comcast/Xfinity.

11 sie 2017 · If you use Xfinity Connect (web based) for email access: Legitimate mail from Comcast will have the Xfinity logo next to mail sent from Comcast. You can also hover over the From line in the Inbox to see where the email message was sent from. If not Comcast or Xfinity, you know it is not legit.
