Windows 11 is updated to the latest version, the Xbox accessory app is updated, but nothing. The computer simply does not recognize the USB dongle at all. It's not an issue with the USB port. Other peripherals plug and play just fine. I've tried the dongle on USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, all otherwise functional, and no luck.
