There's a newer and more straightforward way to add Games from the Windows Store/Xbox Desktop app. I'm on Windows 11, but this should also work on Windows 10.

6 lut 2019 · Open the Windows Control Panel, go to Network and Internet > Internet Options > change to the Connections tab > click on LAN settings and try to download with Automatically detect settings disabled. Restart Steam and test the issue again.
