12 maj 2023 · Any Microsoft accessory has a 3-month warranty, you can ask for repair/replacement. it is necessary to register the product on the microsoft website and open a work order. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
From what I can find though the battery pack is a fairly low capacity and despite being lithium-ion rather than NiMH, the one I had was pretty much useless within a year. It doesn't even last past 10 hours anymore.

A xbox should be sufficiently durable to last more than one (or two, or three, up to six, depending) years. The one year warranty thing is bullshit. Reply reply
