Many games of xbox 360 (and ps3) have those issues of screen tearing, on PC you can fix that by turning v-sync on, but on consoles there's nothing you can do about it. If you play the xbox 360 titles on xbox one/series, most games have v-sync enabled by default, the screen tearing is gone, that fix works even on the base xbox one.

If you go settings-console-TV you can change the resolution. It's probably 1080p and if you change it to 1080i you could get less screen tearing. It'll look less sharp however.

21 mar 2021 · Original Xbox games run in 720P HD resolution when running on the 360. If you connected up a 360 to a modern HDTV with a composite cable the image quality will be really bad and will have no impact on any screen tearing anyway.
26 mar 2013 · I have a Xbox 360 black elite which is was bought used but works fine every other way. I get the screen tearing on my dashboard when I pop up my small Xbox windows especially when it goes from big to small or small to big.
It's in the Xbox settings under display. Depending on what cable you're using you may get different options. On a side note; I don't actually see much actual tearing when I play on 1080p...
26 cze 2024 · The glitches are also followed by a slowly scanning line, that as it goes thru the visual glitches, seems to try to fix them, however, as you can probably see from the screenshot, constant movement makes it very, very, very unplayable.
