If about enforcement that can only be done at enforcement.Xbox.com and feedback. Complaint is about the poor quality of my £150 elite 2 controller. The 'contact support' always takes me to a virtual agent.

Xbox customer service. It was nearly impossible to get any real help. The support system is confusing, with too many hoops to jump through just to speak to someone. After going through endless menus and FAQs, I was left with no real solution to my issue. For a company as big as Xbox, I expected much better.
