The 2024 WPIAL/UPMC Sports Medicine Boys' & Girls' Wrestling Championships begin with the preliminary round of the boys' team championships on Monday, January 27 and run until the Class 2A and 3A boys' individual championships on Feb. 21-22. In boys' wrestling, team and individual champions will be crowned.

25 sty 2024 · The reigning WPIAL boys’ wrestling team champions are Burgettstown in Class 2A and Canon-McMillan in Class 3A. Burgettstown was a 31-24 winner over Burrell last season, while Canon-McMillan tied Waynesburg Central, 28-28, but earned the title with a 7-6 tiebreaker in individual wins.
