Download the main add-on plus the expansion you want to play. It helps point you in the right direction by breaking down the areas, the quest chains within the areas, and if you get lost it tells you where to pick up next. It's very visual chains to follow with crossing off quests you have done and arrows pointing to what prerequisites are.
The addon reads questobjectives, parses them and uses its internal database to plot the found matches on the world- and minimap. It ships with a GUI to browse through all known objects. If one of the items is not yet available on your realm, you’ll see a [?] in front of the name.
23 sie 2014 · I doubt an addon can execute complex enough functions for text-to-voice, you'll probably have more luck finding a generic screen-reader that also works with WoW. There's also the Storyline which breaks up the wall of quest text into smaller sections, which may help in reading them.
