So having a look through the RS wiki, I wasn't able to find a stat or item requirement list to complete all F2P quests, so I compiled my own! For example, as Twisted Bow is the most effective weapon used for hunting KBD pet it is assumed you will not hunt this pet until you can afford one.
Make Gertrude's Cat quest and pet cats free-to-play. It would serve as an introduction to pets for F2P and new players, thus making an upgrade to members seem more attractive to get the "cooler" pets.
