WoW Font Changer is a Windows application that allows you to easily replace World of Warcraft's default fonts with your custom fonts. It provides a simple drag-and-drop interface, making it easy to update your game fonts without complex configurations.
You can add a folder in your WoW folder (probably C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_retail_) called "Fonts". There you put 4 copies of the .ttf font of your choice and give them the name of the default 4 WoW fonts being: ARIALN.ttf. FRIZQT__.ttf. MORPHEUS.ttf. skurri.ttf.
To change the fonts at the base-game level, you have to add a fonts folder to the directory. Here's a link on how to do it. It's old, but it is still the correct way to do it.

It turns out that there is a super easy way to change fonts in the game to any font. This is always on of my first steps when creating a UI. I choose a base font that I want to see everywhere, then use addon options to change the fonts of specific UI elements.
