I’ve had anything from $100k clients to $700k clients. I do get a ton of leads that don’t turn into much. Some people that already have a realtor, some agents, some really low dollar properties, etc. But realtor.com is all about volume to me. The average conversion rate for online leads is 2-5%.

When I sold my house we had potential buyers come look with their realtors and I told them up front, with the realtor present, that I was not paying a realtor. It irritated some of the realtors but didn't seem to turn away any buyers that I'm aware of.
