Locate the Luna theme file manually: a. Right click on the desktop and choose Properties. b. On the Themes tab, choose the Browse option. c. Locate the file C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Luna.theme and apply this as theme.
The msstyleEditor is an editor for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 and 11 visual styles (.msstyles files). It allows you to change visual styles without using a hex editor or a PE resource tool. It lists all components, can add/remove/modify the majority of properties, as well as extract and replace images.
The solution will be to install StyleXP which patches uxtheme.dll so as to enable you to use unsigned skins. Just note that when you uninstall StyleXP, it doesn't undo the patches, so you'll need to follow the directions in my other answer to restore it.
9 cze 2005 · I seem to have lost my xp theme in the display properties. I have all the required files in C/windows/resources. When I try to apply the luna style I get an error message that says the service is not running.
It has: Royale, Royale Noir, Zune and Embedded. Extract the zip. Copy all folders to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes. Open the desired folder > double click in the .msstyles file > apply or right click in a empty area of desktop > Properties > Themes tab and select the theme in the dropdown menu.

14 kwi 2019 · Windows XP is no longer supported. Some drivers problem? Or missing files? There is no way to "download" the theme, it's part of Windows. If it doesn't work, you need to solve the problem.
