Here's a GitHub issue going into more detail: https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/3813. To fix, just add ~/.local/bin to your $PATH, for example by adding the following line to your .bashrc file: export PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH". After that, restart your shell and things should work as expected.
3 mar 2022 · This error could be due to the following reasons: Pip is not installed. Pip is installed, but it is not compatible with the current environment. On Linux, you must install the pip package manager separately as it is an independent package. But on Mac, you do not need to install pip manually, as long as you are working with Python 3.x.
