15 sie 2015 · Hi, On startup, after the welcome screen, Windows 10 drops right into a black screen and a cursor. Nothing else. No wallpaper, desktop, icons, Systray, start button, menu, nothing. I'm able to get the task manager up and run programs, I'm typing this from this affected PC now. Upgraded from Win7 Home 32 bit.
