We had a garage door installed by Window World and one Window cracked within 2weeks of installing and no warranty on it. Was told not our product so won’t fix the cracked window. Don’t use them for garage doors.

One time I was working on a house that had half their windows replaced with Window World windows, and the other half had original wood with a storm window over it, and the original windows read as more energy efficient on all my tools. It was just shoddy installation. The windows weren't horrible.

Window World is the WORST. I bought 16 double hung vinyl windows from Window World that were installed on 9/12/2023. As of today 5/31/2024, nine of them still do not have screens. Only two of the original screens fit.
