The Williamstown Township Board is comprised of seven elected officials. The Board members are responsible for coordinating the activities of the Township commissions, boards, and committees that operate to maintain the goals of the Township and provide services and regulations for the residents.
Clerk Statutory Duties. Maintains custody of all township records. Maintains general ledger. Prepares warrants for township checks. Records and maintains township meeting minutes. Keeps the township book of oaths. Responsible for regular and special meeting notices. Publishes board meeting minutes.
