Yes I have. It will go away on its own, but it takes longer and you have to care for it. when you wake up, warm washcloth to rub away the crusties. Launder the cloth right away. Try not to touch your eye during the day, if you do, wash your hands.
I had pink eye in my left, and when that got better after about 4 days, it's now in my right eye & it's interfering with my work. All I've been able to do is use a warm compress on it, but that only does so much.
