A network of off-range corral adoption and purchase centers are available through the BLM to facilitate the adoption and sale of wild horses and burros into private care. Each off-range corral varies in its operating hours and how it conducts adoptions.
The BLM offers wild horses and burros for adoption or purchase at events across the country throughout the year. The most current adoption and sale event schedule is provided below. All times are in local time and subject to change without notice.
