This is a simplified guide (or more a check list) for troubleshooting common problems to gain a stable setup with USB-Loader GX on (v)Wii including Nintendont. It can also be used to identify a problem with the USB-Loader Wiiflow lite.
5 paź 2024 · I dumped my emuNand using the built in option in USB Loader GX. Then used the emuNand WAD manager to install my WAD. It shows up in the game list to launch, but when I do so the game says “Your system file has been corrupted, please redownload and try again.”. Completely new to this.
Loading homebrew and USBLoaderGX settings files from SD or USB (Support up to 8 partitions, FAT32/NTFS/ext2/3/4). Works with AHB access and IOS58. No cIOS required to use the loader and launch GameCube or channels.
Make sure USB loader gx itself is using a cIOS (not just to load games). Then all you have to do is install the WADs into the emunand instead of your real nand. You can do this in USB loader gx's features->emunand wad manager.
I made game forwarder WADs using WiiGSC/Crap, and I get an error about loading IOS58 when I try to load them. This is because USB Loader GX 3.0 rev 1272 uses IOS58 by default, causing AHBPROT issues. The easiest way to fix this is to revert down to 3.0 rev 1271, which can be found on the USB Loader GX SourceForge.
Does anyone have a guide for installing those? If I'm understanding correctly, I can just put the WiiWare and VC games in a folder on my USB and load them from something in USB Loader called the WAD manager, with no problems. Am I wrong in thinking that?
