If you managed to complete the master and grandmaster quests before the update on November 30, 2022, you would be able to claim your extra XP from Perdu.

Perdu can be found in the following locations: Lumbridge - South tower of the castle wall. Catherby - In the house just north of the bank. Grand Exchange - North side of the Grand Exchange. Edgeville - 1st floor[UK] 2 nd floor [US] of the general store (inside the bank on PvP and BH worlds). Falador - 1st floor[UK] 2 nd floor [US]
Perdu, a travelling dwarven merchant, can now be found in Lumbridge, Falador, Catherby and Edgeville. He will return certain reward items to you if he thinks you've lost them, although his prices are higher than you'd have paid elsewhere.
There was an update that increased the XP reward for a bunch of quests, check the website for a complete list. Visit Perdu, Radimus Erkle, and other npcs to claim
