Most terrains from previously TI Battlepasses are marked as exclusive & account locked. Can't trade, market, or even gifted. Only ready to buy map is MK terrain came with the hero so it was purchasable separately. Or Dota's plus subscription rentable seasonal themed terrain is another option.

If you're subscribed to DOTA Plus, then you can get seasonal terrains. As for the weather, they aren't marketable, but they're tradable. I got mine from buying from other players, but ofc be careful of scammers.
6 lip 2018 · There's only 1 terrain in market (monkey king's one). Seasonal terrain is obtainable from dota plus and battlepass gives terrain on certain levels.
12 lip 2019 · Dota + will give you Seasonal Terrain, it will change every season (Summer/Fall/Winther/Spring ) BattlePass Terrain you get at level 160, so you would have to level up or buy battlepass levels to get it ! and it is called Overgrown Empire. Google/youtube them.
