Covered establishments must electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300A. Some establishments must also submit information from their OSHA 300 and 301 Forms beginning in 2024. The requirement applies to establishments with 100 or more employees, in industries listed in Appendix B to Subpart E of Part 1904.

23 lut 2023 · The deadline to electronically submit information from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Form 300A for the year 2022 is fast approaching.
Employers must post their OSHA 300A for the 2021 calendar year by Feb. 1, 2022. The form must remain on display until April 30. Employers subject to OSHA’s electronic reporting requirement will need to submit information from their OSHA 300A form by March 2.
21 gru 2023 · Employers must post the previous year's 300A Summary Form in the workplace in a conspicuous location, such as an employee bulletin board, from February 1 through April 30 each year. This means that in 2024, the 2023 Summary must be posted.
