Usually your first evolution should go towards either Q or R. Q- if your struggling to kill, want to clear faster, or want to solo dragon fast early. R- if your fed/ can kill easily already, don’t need the faster clear speed.
Just because it worked in the last 3, 5, 10 matches, doesnt mean it will be optimal in the next one. Depends heavily on matchups, teamcomps and gamestate, and is TIGHTLY tied to your build. 1st evo is generally the most important, as its gonna impact your game the most, having highest uptime.
Kha’Zix’s ultimate allows him to upgrade and evolve his abilities with each rank. We’ll cover each evolution in detail later in the guide, but each point offers him some of his biggest powerspikes.

5 kwi 2013 · I usually choose to evolve Q just because it does more burst damage and helps with tanky characters late game. If you feel you need to go a tankier build or cannot 1 shot burst their ADC, perhaps evolving R is better, helping you move around in a teamfight more.
At levels 6, 11 and 16 you’ll be able to evolve your abilities. Generally, your first evolve will be your Q. Every combo you need to master the champion! If you want to use the most popular Kha'Zix Jungle build, you should take Flash and Smite as your Summoner Spells.
