Land of the Sky (also referred to as Skypiea or Sky Island) is a large Island floating on clouds, made up of many different clouds. It is currently the biggest island in the game, with several of its own sub-locations.

This is the Level Guide. It will give you the best islands to grind on if you're looking to get to max level fast. To get to Island of Zou, go Southwest from Shell's Town. To get to Baratie, go North of Zou. To get to Sphinx Island, go Northwest of Baratie. To get to Land of the Sky go East from Sphinx Island.
Land of the Sky is made up of multiple floating islands, Heavens Gate, Skytown District 1, Skytown District 2, Sky Castle, and Sky Colosseum. This is also the place where you learn Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki, the ability to dodge for 50,000 Peli from Rogson.

For those over level 105, there are a few NPCs who have quests for you that will offer hefty rewards upon completion. For those still leveling up, head to the general store and stock up on a few stamina and health potions to help you in your continued battle.
