14 lis 2024 · Opening Dates. Applications for UCEAP Summer 2025 programs will open on November 14, 2024, at 9 AM. Applications for UCEAP Fall and Academic Year 2025-26 programs will open on November 20, 2024, at 9 AM. Applications for UCEAP Winter, Spring, and Calendar Year 2026 programs will open on April 15, 2025, at 9 AM.
2025-26 Summer, Fall, & Northern Hemisphere Year Applications open in November. Deadlines vary by program . 2026 Winter, Spring, & Southern Hemisphere Year Applications open in April.
Fall 2025 and Year 2025-26 academic year applications are now open. Spring 2026 applications will open on April 15, 2025. Deadlines for each individual program are found via the Explore tool. You may apply for only one UCEAP program per term.
Academic Calendar. Our academic year runs from April to March. Check University Calendar AND School of Engineering Calendar (updated around January for the upcoming year). The periods of stay are as follows: April to September: 1 semester (S1S2) April to March: 2 semesters (S1S2 A1A2 (W))
