20 gru 2023 · The Samsung TV Plus app is back online. Please do a cold reboot by unplugging the television for sixty seconds. This should resolve the issue. If you still face issues please perform a smart hub reset. Go to all settings then support in the menu. Select Device Care and then self-diagnostics. Then select reset Smart Hub and enter your PIN.
17 cze 2024 · I see this happened last December, but I got into work this morning and turned on my Samsung TV and the Samsung TV Plus App is gone. It says it was deleted (I didn't do that) and gives me the option to install it, but when I click install, it does nothing.
