A family or group child care facility must be registered. A child care center must be licensed. Licensing, registration, and inspection of child care facilities are the responsibility of the department with the exception of the required local health authority and state fire marshal inspections.
25 mar 2020 · Facilities must submit a Release of Information form to Child Care Licensing (CCL) for each staff member of any age and all household members that are 18 years of age and over.
