15 sie 2016 · Enter the BIOS/UEFI Setup program and look for options like "Boot mode" that can be switched between "UEFI", "Legacy", "UEFI+Legacy", something like that. It may also be called something along the lines of "Enable UEFI Boot" or "Enable Legacy Boot", or mention the term CSM.

15 gru 2022 · After installing Mint 21 on the HDD it wouldn't boot. I can boot from the USB but not the HDD. Evidently, Mint boot-repair wants the BIOS to be in EFI mode, but it is in CSM mode. The BIOS settings don't offer a choice so far as I can tell.
11 sty 2018 · "UEFI with CSM" usually means mixed mode in which both native (UEFI) and CSM-based (BIOS) boot is available. The boot menu will show a mix of native UEFI boot entries and CSM "bootable disk" entries in this case.
