I was glued to the computer for days, watching it all happen. The link to the 200+ page thread at PMBD still works. Lots of details were in that thread, and still there.
Shortgal, Nec is right about that. Also, you can use either the insimenator, two jeff's college adjuster, or something similar to re-roll the LTWs for existing sims. Re-roll enough and they will get the new LTWs, eventually.
