I assume TV stands for Television and TTV stands for Twitch Television. Not a big deal if you name the channel YournameTV honestly. Usually having 'ttv' or 'tv' in your gamer-tag is the sign of a newbie/small streamer. It's not exactly a flattering look. Ttv is pretty looked down on.
