23 wrz 2009 · If you haven't changed your WEP encryption key, the default WEP key is provided on a sticker on the bottom of your Actiontec router. Your network's current WEP encryption key is stored in your Actiontec GT704WGB gateway.
The 3100 doesn't support WEP, as it is incredibly insecure and was deprecated 18 years ago. It only supports WPA2 or WPA3. Unless someone changed it in the settings, the WPA2 key is lsited as "Wi-Fi Password" on the sticker with the QR code on the back.
3 paź 2014 · Luckily it's easy to fix. To login to your Wi-Fi router, open up a browser and go to 192.168.1.1 and then login with the password located on the sticker on the router itself. (The username is always admin). Once there, click on Advanced Security Settings on the left-hand side.
Only recourse, reset the Actiontec to its default and the ZyXEL to the default key (which is an Actiontec MAC and has its leading 2 bytes in common with the MAC broadcast).
