Weller 12-Year, the bottle I’ll be looking at today, first hit the market in 2001 as a $20 bottle. A wheated bourbon with an undisclosed mash bill, it’s produced at the ever-popular Buffalo Trace distillery and is bottled at 45% ABV.
Weller 12 Year Old, 90 proof, Buffalo Trace wheated mashbill, MSRP is 40 bucks, but you’re more likely to see this on secondary or behind the counter at 200-plus. This is a 2021 bottling. I paid 100 dollars for mine.
