Gah! That’s so frustrating. Try dm’ing them on their app through the 24/7 chat line if you still have the app. If you don’t then try to get to an in person meeting. Perhaps a live person can help you? Also try this number 1-800-221-2112 if you haven’t already. I hope this helps :).
