5 paź 2024 · My Problem Is, I have a 2G Usb Flash Drive And Im trying to format to WBFS. It is formatted to Fat32. So I load up WBFS Manager 3.0 - Select my Drive - And Click Format - I get 'An error Occurred While Attempting to Format The drive'.
Windows will not allow this using the file explorer, but there are command line tools (such as diskpart) and (free) programs that will allow the partitioning of flash drives. Mac Linux users have many tools to use in the command terminal (diskutil and gparted are examples).

Use a Windows or Linux computer to format your drive to this. If you're wanting to use Gamecube games and homebrew files, use FAT32. Use this tool called GUIFormat, or a Linux computer, to format your drive. If you're having issues with the drive, and only want Wii games, use WBFS.

Insert the USB drive into an available USB port on the computer. Double-click on "My Computer" and right-click the USB drive. Choose "Format" and click the boxes "FAT32" and "Quick Format.
Format to NTFS for use with USBLoader, it's the old guides that say you have to use WBFS. But, get WiiBackupManager, load your backups, transfer to your usb stick and then simply plug it into your wii and then you got your games.
