Unfortunately, this means you would need to keep two flash drives: one for Wii games, and a second for GC games. For GC games via Nintendont, simply change the format to FAT32 with 32kB clusters. Then, instead of a wbfs folder, create a folder named games. Each game must have a file name of game.iso.
You can format to FAT32 using a SD Formatting software (should work for USBs, unless it only grabs SD Card slot somehow). Windows' built-in formatter only allows you to format FAT32 if it's 32 GB or below.

Then you can use Wii Backup Manager to copy your games over to a FAT32 USB drive. Just two reminders: Wii Backup Manager isn't compatible with .nkit.iso files, you'll have to convert them to ISO before Wii Backup Manager will work with it.

2 sty 2024 · I’d recommend an SSD drive with a USB adapter as you’re going to end up with a lot of big game files. Wii games are a couple of GBs each. To make your USB drive compatible with the Wii it must be formatted as an FAT32 drive and I recommend a 16KB cluster size.
