They have changed the hours for Friday and Saturday night tours. They will only be six hour tours, but they are scheduled for night hours. Those are the public tour nights and they take around fifty people. The cost is a little cheaper now that they cut the tour by two hours.
During tour season (March – August) Waverly offers several options of visiting. *2hr. Introductory Paranormal Tour which includes a 20 film then a walk through the building.*2hr. Historical walk through tour held one Sunday each month*Public or Private overnight sessions for ghost hunting enthusiasts.
Pump House Stay Price: $250 per 5 people or $500 per 10 people, $50 for each additional person. Check in upon arrival to property for overnight. Check out by 2:00pm the following day. Pump House is accessible by individuals any time during the event held by Waverly Property Management.
