Make your one-time payment in a few simple steps. You will need the Utility Account Number and the Service Address “Street Number” located on the Charlotte Water bill you want to pay. A fee of $1.10 is charged by KUBRA EZ-PAY for this service. KUBRA EZ-PAY is the fastest way to make a payment.
