Login Instructions. From the Taxpayer Access Point home screen an existing customer can log into their TAP account. Note: New customers will need to set up their TAP account access before logging in. You can also add another user to your existing TAP account. For more information on both of these options please return to the TAP instruction page.

Log into Taxpayer Access Point (TAP). Note: For more Instructions on how to log into your TAP account, see How to log into TAP. From My Accounts subtab, select your IRP Fleet account hyperlink. From Recent Applications subtab, select the Create New Renewal hyperlink and Yes to confirm.
Log in by entering your SAW User ID and Password and then, click Log in to My DOR. If asked, complete the Multi-Factor Authentication challenge to verify your identity. On the My DOR Services page, click Get Started .
