Washington launched a web-based LFO Calculator to enable judges, defendants, and public defenders to calculate fines and fees owed.
Clerk's Office Financial Division. Clerk's Office responsibilities include the receipt and disbursement of most type of payments made in superior court cases. State and County laws mandate the collection and disbursement of these fees and fines. All fees must be paid in advance per RCW 36.18.060.
Courthouse facilitator filing fee surcharge – Applied to all superior court cases filed under Title 26 RCW. Up to $10 – as set by local legislative authority.

The Washington State Courts JIS-Link system provides access to case information for all Washington Courts. JIS-Link is a fee-based system. The current fee schedule is a one-time installation fee of $100.00 and connect time charges of $25.00 per hour (approx. 42 cents per minute).
