From what I've heard, Walgreens' Certainty disposables, and Walmart's Assurance disposables are some of the better off-the-shelf disposables you can purchase. I wear 24/7 for severe OAB, Walgreens Certainty Briefs are the diapers I wear. They're cheap, easily accessible, and as long as I don't half ass it, they rarely leak. I have money now (graduated college and got a good job) so I may try something different soon.

Interested in hearing what other people have to say, especially since most people here probably haven't worn generic drugstore diapers in years!
There are no good diapers available at CVS or Walgreens. Walgreens Certainty briefs are probably the best, I rate them about 2-3/10.
