Alexa has a Skill for Wake on Lan, You go to a developers site called wolskill by OscarPenelo and you have to enable the skill to your Alexa. With Amazon having so many server issues doing it via the alexa app does not work.

I have set up the Wake on Lan (WOL) skill with my PC's MAC address and it works fine to turn it on. I also have a smart plug that I use to turn my monitor on and off (it uses too much power in standby mode so I am turning it off overnight and at weekends).
