John 10 (Part 1) :1–21 • “I am the good shepherd”. Teacher: Pastor Paul LeBoutillier Calvary Chapel Ontario. We are in John, Chapter 10, where this is Part 1. We are going to be looking at the first 21 verses of the chapter here. It goes like this.
12 sty 2014 · Share: The structure of John 2:1-11 is typical of a miracle story: the setting is established (verses 1-2), a need arises (verses 3-5), a miracle addresses that need (verses 6-8), and there is a response to that miracle (verses 9-11).
2 sie 2004 · Summary. Just as in the Gospel of John the author does not explicitly identify himself with the Apostle John, so here he prefers the designation the elder. Presumably the Christian community to which he wrote knew who he was.
