For the past day I've been stuck in an infinite loop of Preparing Automatic Repair, I can't get to troubleshoot options/safe mode (restarting three times and f8 repeatedly do nothing), all scans that I can perform without the OS actually on say everything is fine, and I can't do anything with BIOS.

10 lip 2010 · How to obtain Vista Recovery Media and/or use the Vista Recovery Partition on your Computer to put it back to Factory Settings. There is no legal free Vista download available. Contact your Computer Manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of Vista Recovery disk/s.
I put my laptop to sleep last night, and when I woke up this morning... it didn't. So I tried to reboot, and everything went fine until it got to the Vista splash screen, where it's supposed to display the logon. Here, it hits an endless loop: Display "Please wait..." for about half a second.
