30 wrz 2021 · My internet works 100% fine and I only have this one X1 box in my house. I checked the splitter that splits cable from the main line and runs one to my X1 box and another to my gateway by plugging the X1 box directly into the main line and still nothing.
Reset the box 50+ times using several wait times after the power is pulled (5 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 2, 5 minutes, etc). I tried resetting the box from the Xfinity portal, however, it is not showing up the connected devices list (only the older box shows up).

From the Help Menu: Press the A button on your Rogers Xfinity TV Remote to open the Help menu. Select Restart. Select Restart again to confirm. Wait a few moments for the system to reboot.
